Shipping, Billing and other Policies

 

US shipping:

Custom orders take 2 weeks to be made. Ships by USPS Priority Mail with insurance and signature confirmation. Delivery time is 1-3 business days.

$80-399 $8 ships with Priority Mail® with insurance and tracking number
$400 - $1500 $14 ships with Priority Mail® medium size box with insurance, signature confirmation and tracking number
$1501 and over $18 ships with Priority Mail® medium size box with insurance, signature confirmation and tracking number

International Shipping:

Ships via USPS with insurance according USPS maximum declared value rules.

We are currently delivering to these countries only:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom

$200 and under $16 ships with First-Class Mail® International Parcel
$201 - $399 $18 ships with First-Class Mail® International Parcel
$400 and over $45 ships with Priority Mail® International Medium size Box

Customer is solely responsible for customs, import taxes and any other fees imposed by their country.

Billing Terms:

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express through PayPal Payment Gateway.
We are obliged by law to collect sales tax of 8.875 percent from New York state residents. Tax is not included in the price.

Full payment is due at the time of the order.

International purchase: customer is solely responsible for customs and any other fees.

Order cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@JewelrySavenko.com or 585-484-8338.

For non-custom jewelry -  you may cancel the order before it is shipped.

For custom jewelry - you have 1 day to cancel your order, after it you are eligible to the partial refund.

When a cancel customized order within 2 (two) days from the order date, you are entitled to a 75% refund. If you notify us later, you may be charged from 25 to 100% of the item price, determined on case by case basis.

Refund Policy:

Non-custom jewelry - If you are not totally satisfied with our jewelry, you can return it to us within 7 (seven) days accompanied by a sales receipt for a full refund.

Return shipping cost is your expense, and its safety is your responsibility until the item is delivered back security and signed for.

Please ship your return in a sturdy package with insurance, if package get lost on the way back and there is no insurance we won't be able to refund you.

If returned items are improperly shipped and damage occurs, there will be a repair charge.

No refunds are issued if you haven't sent your non-custom jewelry back within 7 (seven) days.

Custom jewelry is not refundable.

Exchange Policy:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for more info within 7 (seven) days from the date you receive your jewelry.

Custom jewelry is not exchangeable.
