Refund policy

Custom jewelry is not refundable.

Non-custom jewelry - If you are not totally satisfied with our jewelry, you can return it to us within 5 (five) days accompanied by a sales receipt for a full refund minus the shipping charge. Return shipping cost is on your expense, and its safety is your responsibility until the item is delivered back and signed for. If returned items are improperly shipped and damage occurs, there will be a repair charge. 
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for more info within 5 (five) days from the date you receive your jewelry.
